Team One Solutions, Inc.'s founding principle is to provide the highest quality voice and data communications products and services possible to our enterprise, business class, and Public Sector clients.  Clients are increasingly demanding vertical market and customized solutions centric to their specific business communications needs.  Our business model combines best of breed practices with a team of highly skilled and experienced telecom professionals in order to deliver client driven specific communications solutions of the highest reliability and value. We take a vendor neutral consultative approach to our client's communications goals and apply our industry experience to deliver the most comprehensive solution for the best value. A commitment to excellence was the key driver for the formation of Team One Solutions, Inc. Team One Solutions, Inc. is a California based corporation founded in 2002 to provide quality full service voice and data communications solutions to our clients.  We sell, implement, and maintain business communications platforms, cabling infrastructure systems, videoconferencing, network services and professional services for our clients.  Founded by experienced telecom professionals with over 80 years of combined experience, our expertise spans the disciplines of management, operations, sales, project management, installation, engineering, and business ownership. While our initial focus was Northern California, with headquarters located in San Leandro,CA. Team One has since expanded our operations to cover the entire state of California and supports selected national accounts throughout the US.  We now have over 300 clients located in 35 States.

 Executive Team

Paul J. Svec, CEO has 30 years of telecommunications experience spanning the full range of voice and data systems, services, and management.  Paul has managed both direct and distribution sales forces for large international and national corporations such as NEC America and ROLM Corporation.At NEC America, Paul managed voice and data product direct distribution for one-half of the US as well as the national wholesale distribution channel.  During his 11-year tenure with NEC, he grew the annual revenues for this business unit from under $35 million to over $140 million.

While at ROLM Corporation, Paul managed that company's top producing large systems selling teams.  These teams were responsible for acquiring many of ROLM's marquee accounts including, Chevron, Kaiser Permanente Health Care, Montgomery Securities, and Hewlett-Packard.Paul has also gained valuable entrepreneurial experience by building his own telecom company, PhoneMaster Communications, and by serving as VP Sales and Marketing at cutting edge telecom carrier software start up, AON Networks.



Jeffrey S. Bell, VP Sales and Marketing brings over 15 years of telecom business experience to Team One Solutions.  Jeff has founded and grown a highly successful Bay Area voice and data company, DBS, which he later sold to a large national corporation, Exp@nets, then becoming their Northern California VP and General Manager.Jeff Bell has developed many valuable customer and reseller relationships in California that has enabled Team One Solutions to quickly establish a customer base and accelerate our growth.

Jeff is driving our business development efforts which are focused on establishing strong business relationships with telecom resellers and vendors that will extend the reach and range of communications solutions that we are offering our customers.



Brandon J. Svec, Director of Engineering with fifteen years of technical experience in the telecom arena has established a national reputation for his expertise with a wide range of telephony and networking systems.Brandon has amassed over thirty technical certifications on a broad range of products from NEC, Nortel, Cisco, Polycom, ShoreTel, Zultys, and Active Voice.

At Exp@nets, previously the largest interconnect company in the U.S., he was promoted from field technician to Service Manager and then to Engineering Manager for their Northern California Operations.At Team One Solutions Brandon is responsible for all voice and data system pre-sale engineering and design as well as post-sale engineering support and professional services.

  

Kerry L. McLachlan, Business Development Partner. Kerry McLachlan joined Team One Solutions in 2008 and brings over 25 years of telecommunications industry expertise to the firm.  She has held senior management, sales and marketing positions with local and national communications organizations, most recently as VP of Sales/Marketing for ATI.  Prior sales management positions include Expanets, PrivateXpress and US West in California.

Kerry is driving our sales and business development efforts focusing on establishing strong business relationships with telecom manufacturers, resellers and vendors that will extend the reach and range of communications solutions that we are offering our customers. Her success with NEC, AVST, and ShoreTel in the past led to significant revenue growth for organizations.  She holds a B.A. from UCSD, La Jolla, CA
